By accessing or using Rooster's Variety, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Rooster's Variety is an independent buy-and-resell retailer offering merchandise that may include new, used, vintage, antique, collectible, and other items.

Unless a listing states otherwise, Rooster's Variety does not manufacture, produce, or create products offered for resale. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a brand does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Pre-owned, vintage, antique, collectible, or unique items may show age, wear, variation, packaging differences, or other condition characteristics. Customers should review each listing before purchase.

Colors and appearance may vary by photography, lighting, display, and device. Measurements may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products are subject to availability. Cart and Favorites placement does not reserve inventory. We may correct listing, pricing, inventory, or typographical errors and update or withdraw listings when appropriate.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts may be presented during checkout.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment method to be used for the transaction and authorize processing necessary to complete, secure, refund, or otherwise administer the purchase.

Rooster's Variety does not intentionally store complete credit/debit card numbers or card security codes (CVV/CVC) in its store database. Payment processing is also subject to Stripe's applicable services, terms, and privacy practices.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be subject to payment authorization, inventory verification, fraud or security review, and fulfillment availability.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory or pricing errors, inability to fulfill the order, website misuse, or legitimate legal reasons. If a completed payment must be reversed because an order cannot be fulfilled, the appropriate refund process will be initiated.

Available fulfillment methods are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery estimates, if provided, are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Carrier events, weather, service disruptions, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. If Local Pickup is enabled, customers should follow the instructions provided and should not attempt pickup until the order is ready or pickup has otherwise been confirmed.

Return, refund, exchange, or cancellation eligibility is subject to the return/refund policy applicable to the purchase and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Because inventory may include unique, collectible, vintage, antique, or pre-owned merchandise, eligibility can depend on the item and circumstances. Do not send a return without following instructions provided by Rooster's Variety.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, transactions, or the website from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.

Favorites and cart features are provided for convenience. Saving or adding a product does not guarantee that its availability, quantity, price, or promotion will remain unchanged. Availability and price may be verified during purchase.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, submit fraudulent orders or payment information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, abuse store services through automation, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

The Rooster's Variety name, original store branding, website content, and other store-created materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Rooster's Variety uses or may link to third-party services such as Stripe and shipping carriers. We do not control their websites or services, and their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and practices may apply separately.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rooster's Variety will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or services where such limitation is legally permitted. Nothing limits liability where limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.

We may retain and use transaction, order, shipping, tracking, communication, and other relevant records to investigate suspected fraud, respond to payment disputes or chargebacks, protect customers, and establish whether an order was authorized and fulfilled.

We may update website features, products, policies, or these Terms as the business changes. When revised, we may update the effective date above. Changes apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable law and do not waive mandatory consumer protections. Before launch, this section should be finalized based on the business's legal location and the jurisdictions in which Rooster's Variety sells.
